Your website is misleading and should be rectified to clearly show that the products are not HP products!

Sorry to hear that you are disappointed with your order but your ordered 'HP 950XL HP 951XL BCMY compatible ink cartridges multipack - high capacity' which clearly states in the product title that the inks are compatible. Throughout the product description the inks are referred to as Premium compatibles, making no reference to imply that are originals and there is no intention to mislead you in any way.
All original HP 950XL / HP 951XL ink packs, such as the same pack in genuine inks 'HP 950XL HP 951XL BCMY original ink cartridges multipack - high capacity' are shown in HP original boxes and unfortunately are much more expensive than their compatible alternatives.
When you contacted us I offered to upgrade your pack to original but you did not want to do that. Please return the compatible inks for a same day refund.
