One or more colours not working porperly

I replaced all the colours recently but one or more is not working properly. A voucher that I printed that should have been bright green has come out as light brown. I tried to re-insall them all, but I still have the same trouble.

Due to the high cost of genuine HP XLs I tried these compatibles from Amaz ink Direct. My printer message did say that they are not genuine but once the cleaning process was over print well. The cartridges are see through so you can easily see how much ink is left. Why buy HP which can be 2 or 3 times the price. Thought it worth writing review.
